This workout is a 15-minute Express Pilates Workout for beginners and up and it’s going to be a full-body workout. So no excuses on how busy you are. I made this for you.

But if all you do is five minutes or 10 minutes or 15 minutes, you still did the class, you still got your full body workout in. Because every exercise we do requires the whole body to show up. And when you’re new, you might only feel it on one spot, or maybe a couple spots. But the more you do this practice with me, the more this becomes a full-body workout in every exercise.
