I am in a 55 year old lady’s broken-down body due to some wear & tear because of trauma and also genetics has a huge role in the outcome of the terrible state my body is in! I am overweight by 60-70lbs.at least! Since a couple car accidents 2 years ago, I haven’t walked or exercised much being too afraid to cause more trauma to myself! I need to save my life & I know pilates , healthy meals and snacks, proper rest, and significant exercise will renew this body to amazing shape!
