- Equipment Needed: A Cadillac/Tower and your awesome self. If you don't have a Cadillac or Tower and want to pick up your own, take a look at Balanced Body’s CONTROLOGY® CADILLAC or their wall-tower CenterLine® Pole System.

Join LL for a live virtual Cadillac/Tower workout!
All exercises can be done on the Cadillac, Tower or Spring board (need a push-through bar).
This workout will be recorded and you’ll have indefinite access to it. And, the theme for this one will be Reformer on the Cadillac!
