- length: This workout is 1.5 hours long. (50 minute Short/Long Box workout and a 30 minute Q&A with Lesley.)
- Level: This workout is for all levels.
- Equipment Needed: A mat, your Short/Long Box and your awesome self. If you don't have the Short/Long Box, it's OK, you could use a coffee table or any other area that supports you! If you want to pick up your own, take a look at Balanced Body's Sitting Boxes or their Sitting Box Lite.

A Short/Long Box Workout + Q&A with Lesley Logan
ONLINE PILATES EQUIPMENT WORKOUT DESCRIPTION:
Most of us have a Short Box (aka Long Box,) but aside from doing a few exercises on this box when we do our Reformer it just takes up space and hangs out against the wall.
Well in this month’s workout, we are going to pull that box out of the corner and use it for a full workout. Yep, and entire 50 min workout on our Long/Short box! You ready?
PS if you don’t have a box and you want to do this workout… if you have a coffee table or something raised off the ground that can support you that will work too!
