Online Mat Pilates Class Description:
A TheraBand is useful in so many ways! It can help you stretch, challenge your strength and even be the springs and opposition that our Pilates equipment provides. So, bringing it to class this week we will find out how many ways the TheraBand can help us and a few exercises where it challenges our work!
And, the best part about this prop is if you don’t have one you’re still good to go for this week’s class. If you’re traveling, you can pack this prop in a side pocket of any bag. So no excuses!

Oh I love this one! I do many of these in my mat classes but there were a few variations that I hadn’t tried! My back was feeling yucky today and the thera-band gave just enough support that I could not only do the exercises without pain but have a little extra challenge, yay! I could definitely feel my outer leg/hip area. Can’t wait to add some of these to my mat class tomorrow. Thanks as always – xx~Lori
