ONLINE PILATES EQUIPMENT WORKOUT DESCRIPTION:
The Wunda Chair was one of the first pieces of home gym equipment. And, in times like these many of us are stuck at home or with a bit of extra time on our hands to move. So, Pilatinis®, let’s get a Wunda chair workout in together!
In this 50 min workout LL will lead you through a full body Wunda Chair class. After the workout LL answer another 30 minutes of Q&A, covering any all sorts of Pilates exercise questions.
