Online Mat Pilates Class Description:
It’s easy to come to class, do the choreography and enjoy the flow. But, what happens when we dive a little deeper? Explore a little more? In this week’s class I want us to think about the less obvious reasons for doing an exercise.
For example, we all do the 100 to warm up and get the blood flowing. But, what if we did it to stretch our back? We do the Roll Up to stretch the back side of our body! But, what if we did it to work our midline?
