Online Mat & Reformer Pilates Class Descriptions:
Have you ever heard that the exercises you don’t like you should do twice? Well, I say it all the time and then one day my teacher Jay Grimes heard me say how I don’t like an exercise and he told me to do it twice everyday!! Ha, a taste of my own medicine.
This week on the Mat we will find ways to fall in love with the Leg Pulls, you know the two exercises you love to forget exist. And, then over on our Reformer we will use our practice to prepare us for the Control Push ups! Don’t worry, if you know you don’t do these two exercises I give plenty of ideas to keep you flowing until you’re ready to take them on.

Absolutely loved taking this class. So bl**dy hard but sooooo satisfying. Really helpful that you reference the Leg Pulls right from the outset and loved that first prep with flexed feet, flexed hands/half roll-up. Might have to wait a day or two until I take the reformer class just to get over this one!

Thanks Lesley – I did this before my 9am reformer duet class, it gave me a little extra inspiration. I really liked the practice for tendon stretch, that’s a great way to get people comfortable. I also always love doing short spine, it always helps my back feel better when it’s being cranky (like today). xx ~LW
Yay for Shortspine! I mean, it is soo good. I love helping people get into Tendon Stretch. It is such a good exercise that I think a lot of people get nervous over. But, it’s really a good one! Thanks for joining in as always Lori! xx
