Online Mat & Reformer Pilates Class Descriptions:

It’s been a bit since we sole focused on our Thass. And this week, instead of using a Magic Circle to connect us to our missing link, I want you to grab a Thera band for your Mat. If you don’t have one, feel free to use a pair of leggings and/or your imagination. We are focusing on how we can get your back side to take its turn more often! Are you ready? How about your Thass?

Hi I signed up for the wrong class. I wanted to sign up for the mat class with no reformer. Can you change it for me?

Hi @only4kym Thanks for joining us here on OPC! Here’s how you can change your membership:
1. Login (button in the top right corner) and you’ll be redirected to your account page
2. Scroll down to the MEMBERSHIPS section and click the SUBSCRIPTIONS tab
3. Look at your Subscriptions and click on the CHANGE PLAN button on the right site
4. Select the membership you meant to be on – your payment will be prorated!
I’ll send you an email from our support team as well, just to make sure you got it all figured out!

Hey, thanks for these theme classes! I wonder if you could do a class on the roll up and roll over. I have a few clients that have been doing Pilates for 5+ years and still struggle with these?? I can”t seem to help them. 🙁
