Online Mat Pilates Class Description:

We start our work standing and we end our work standing. What happens on the mat in between is the magic that allows standing at the end to be more invigorating and for many of us possible!

This week, let’s find the magic of the transitions and nuances of the exercises to help us go from the mat to standing on our two feet with strength and control!

  • LEVEL: They are all levels but this one will feel like an intermediate flow.
  • EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Just your awesome self and a mat.

That was fun Lesley! I was even sweating by the end, must have been working hard. In my classes I always have people change to the opposite arm/leg before we start an exercise too. It’s always funny cause they grumble, then they laugh because they know I’m right! Love your new space and looking forward to seeing more of it as time goes on. cheers xxLW
