• When does the refund actually happen? If you meet the criteria above and we can issue you a refund, please note that Stripe will return the funds back to the card you used for the purchase within 5 to 10 business days.

If you are not using the site or you no longer need your membership, please note that you can cancel at any time and that refunds will not be given for non-activity after the times stated above. It’s super easy to cancel your membership through your dashboard – just click the Subscriptions icon.
• How do membership cancellations work? You can cancel your membership at any time and still keep your access to class through the remainder of your current billing cycle. For example, you could sign up today for an annal membership and cancel it 9 months in, and you would still be able to access class for those last 3 months – although your membership would not renew automatically after your final billing cycle unless you sign back up, which you can do at any time.

We have spent years making fantastic products, an easy-to-use website, and have an amazing community who stand by workouts and workshops similar to what you’re about to take. But, what if you are still not satisfied with your purchase? We’ll give you your money back no-questions-asked (minus the fees that Stripe takes from the transaction) within 7 days of your purchase date. You would just need to chat to us here. Please note that you would immediately lose access to the workout or workshop that you are requesting a refund for. Please also note that we can only offer you this guarantee one time. Meaning, please… don’t buy a class, ask for a refund, then buy another class and ask for another refund. We won’t honor the second one, whether you initially bought a workshop and then bought a workout, or whatever combination. But, as we said, we’re confident you’re going to love all of it anyway!

We have spent years making fantastic products, an easy-to-use website, and have had thousands of purchases without any issues. But, what if you are still not satisfied with your purchase? We’ll give you your money back no-questions-asked (minus the fees that Stripe takes from the transaction) within 30 days of your purchase, provided that you have NOT opened your purchase and we could resell it to someone else without any weird feelings about it. This means that the plastic wrap around the product is still in place. Otherwise, please note that all sales are final.
• Exchanges and/or Refunds. We accept returns or exchanges if your order was damaged in shipment or if you received the incorrect product. Please make sure you chat to us within 30 days of your purchase and include photos of the shipping damages or the incorrect item for the exchange. If we are out of inventory and cannot make the exchange we will issue you a refund.
• What about the shipping fees? If you are returning an unopened product within the time frame outlined above, we will refund you the cost of the product minus the shipping cost to you. You will also be responsible for the cost of shipping back to us. Snail mail is totally fine. If your product was damaged when you received it and we are replacing it, you won’t have to worry about the shipping fees.

Once our team has checked it over and approved the return we can issue you the refund. • No Money Back on Live Event Tickets! Look… we are super confident that you will love your OPC in-person event experience. We have spent years touring the world cultivating and hosting events, classes, workshops, retreats, and more. We have had thousands of attendees without any issues. All classes and workshops must be prepaid. We cannot offer you a refund on a live event ticket you have purchased. This means all live class, workshop, retreat, or event ticket sales are final, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and non-transferable. At your own risk, you may replace yourself by selling or gifting your ticket. Also, OPC is not (and cannot be) responsible for any bank overdraft fees.
• How do you know our event will be awesome? We have tons of testimonials about past events, tours, workshops, classes… and are more than happy to share! Just chat to us and we’ll send you a link to a video of a past event, or direct you to some feedback we got from past participants.
