This exercise is a trip!
Often referred to as an abs exercise, it’s really so much more… it’s a total body adventure… It should be called Around The Body!!!
Instead of packing our bags for this trip, we’ll be packing our connections to all the different muscle groupings that work together to make AROUND THE WORLD happen!
On the Reformer, we’ll be using the Pole throughout our workout to strengthen, lengthen, stabilize, and engage the whole body. We’ll try Around the World twice…first, where it happens during the Short Box Series and then again at the end of our workout when all of our muscles have been turned on!
Over on the Cadillac/Tower, Chair and Mat we’ll be supporting our Reformer practice by working on long twists, tall backs and reaching through our legs.
