Balance is the equal distribution of weight. We work on this from the time we are born and for the rest of our lives. Pilates helps with this in so many ways. All the exercises help us find the balance within so we can continue to move efficiently and smoothly as possible. Each apparatus brings different challenges to our balance. You can also see which side is doing more than the other and work on the imbalance. Your abdominal connection or connection to center is really key to finding your balance.
