…They can also be done on every major of Pilates equipment!! This month we’ll be exploring how to make our planks, our push ups and ourselves stronger, more aligned and more flexible on the Mat, Reformer, Cadillac/Tower and the Wunda Chair.
In this month’s PLANK YOUR LOVE 50min Wunda Class we’re going to put our focus on a spot that’s usually ignored when we talk about doing planks or push ups…our feet! When we use the support of our feet, and in turn, our legs & glutes, planks get easier! Our push ups are smoother! Why? Because now we can engage more muscles as we find our best posture! No props needed, unless you normally use a ball, towel or blanket for support on the Wunda.
