Ah, the arm-back connection. Do we all know what this is? Do we know what these words mean? Sometimes, we need help with our back bodies because it’s behind us, and we can’t see it, and we’re a society that’s always moving forward. Well, fear no more. We’ve got just the prop/tool to help you out, and the actions your arms (and armpits!) need to be doing!
If you want to stand in your power, stand taller, stand stronger, improve your posture, then this month’s classes are for you.
We’ll practice together all month long to find that broad upper back, so you too can claim both armrests are mine!
Building on last month’s Up Up and Away , super human theme. And starting with light or no weight, then going to standing posture with the springs to fight for my armrests!!
On the Tower, we’ll use that direct contact with the arm springs to get right into our broad back connections. We’ll be standing, too, building to Iron Butterfly…The Ultimate Armrest Claiming!
You’ll need a towel or two, and the box from your Reformer. No Reformer box? Use a yoga bolster if you’re on a Tower, or the trapeze swing if you have a Cadillac.
