Ah, the arm-back connection. Do we all know what this is? Do we know what these words mean? Sometimes, we need help with our back bodies because it’s behind us, and we can’t see it, and we’re a society that’s always moving forward. Well, fear no more. We’ve got just the prop/tool to help you out, and the actions your arms (and armpits!) need to be doing!
If you want to stand in your power, stand taller, stand stronger, improve your posture, then this month’s classes are for you.
We’ll practice together all month long to find that broad upper back, so you too can claim both armrests are mine!
Of course, we’ll start laying on our backs, then come up seated before going into a weight-bearing position, then we’ll try the side bend and twist, and lastly, we’ll go overhead to see if we can stand in that upper back using our arm-back connection.
On the reformer, we’ll use a Pilates pole or bar.
