Reformer lovers, this workout was created for one of our themes where we focused on our breath in every exercise. Joseph Pilates was big on breathing. However, most exercises do not have an instruction around breath. In this workout, you’ll focus on using your breath to find strength, connection and flow. Enjoy and remember to have fun!
