Workout: Chair Stretch Class with Mindi Westfall
Stretching is such an important part of moving our body. Whether you do 5 min or a whole 50 min session, something is better than nothing. Finding new ways to stretch is what this class is all about. Utilizing the Wunda chair, some version of a Pilates chair or a stable sitting chair at home. We will go through so many ways to lengthen your muscles. By sitting on the chair, sitting on the floor and standing, we will be moving in all planes of motion. Also key is learning different ways to move the body to find different feelings and stretchy sensations. This can be done at home or on the road in a hotel room. Let’s get ready to get our stretch on!
