Workout: “Put a Spring on It” with Mindi Westfall
As we know spring tension can change the exercise in different ways. During this workout we are going to put one spring on and leave it for the whole workout! Some exercises might feel the same and then others might be super hard! We will use this single spring to connect deeper and to find stability and control. Bring your small squishy ball with you for this one! If you do not have one, bring a rolled up towel.
