Transform your mat routine with an inspiring addition of Reformer exercises! Join Rachel as she recreates and adapts some of her favorite Reformer exercises to bring a new level of excitement to the mat! This workout will be invigorating, but very adaptable.
Please have small weights, a pole, and a barrel or blanket available.
Note: If you have a strap or pair of ankle weights available please have them handy.
