Workshop: Modifications on the Reformer for the Back with Lori Watson
When you have back pain it sometimes feels as though your movement is limited. Often the Reformer can be your best movement friend because it can be more supportive than the mat.
In this class, I will show you how you can ‘create a variation’ for a movement so that it works with your body where you are today. These might be used in the short term, while an injury is acute, or in long term, as in my case, for as long as you need them.
You will need: a reformer with a box, a thera band (or old leggings) and squishy ball (or pillow)
