Have you heard that expression BALLIN’ OUTTA’ CONTROL? It just means that you are doing whatever it is you do like a total badass!!
In Pilates, we use The Ball to get into control. Join me as we work with The Ball to find our imbalances, work on lengthening through the spine, and try to increase our extensions!
Don’t have a Ball, no worries! A folded towel or small soft pillow works great, too!
