• Support your head with a pillow, and keep it rested while you perform your ab exercises.
• Support your head by cupping it with your hands, a magic circle, or strap to help keep it lifted while in a curled position. Engage your arms and shoulders to help support you.
• Place a towel lengthwise underneath your back, shoulders and head, and hold the top corners of the towel while curling head and chest up. Keep head rested heavily in towel while connecting to back and shoulders to help curl up.
