As we complete our three-week tour of rolling around in the Pilates studio with Andrea Maida I was inspired to share my love for combining a few exercises to challenge your Pilates practice. This week, I combined Rolling Like a Ball, Teaser and Jackknife!
Yep, a rolling exercise into two exercises that require some great strength, stamina, and all the control. I feel like I was originally taught to enjoy rolling like a ball as a massage of the spine. But, really, Rolling like a ball teaches you the control you need for some really tough exercises to come later in the mat like Teaser and Jackknife!
