Heels with the Foot Corrector
The Pilates Foot Corrector works all parts of the foot. And, reveals what is happening with each foot, ankle and how they connect to your entire body. When using your Foot Corrector, you want to start with Toes then Heels. The Heels is quite revealing.
Gaze straight ahead! If you look down it affects how you press the paddle.
From Toes turn the Foot Corrector around and place your heel on the paddle and your ball of the foot on the base. Arms are same as Toes, either by your side, on hips or using a pole for balance. Reach down through standing leg, lift tall in center and square hips off.
Reach into your heel to press the paddle down. Work the paddle down only as much as you can evenly. Lift the paddle up with your foot and repeat. When done, transition to Pumping.
