You are busy! I am busy, he and she and they are busy! It seems that the more we make things easier and quicker to get done the more we have on our plates to do. And, as deadlines loom over our heads that vacation we keep saying we are going to take continues to get pushed onto the backburner. And, then even your day to day escapes like going to the gym or cooking your own meals get shoved and you end up saying “you’ll do it tomorrow.” With life being so busy it is too easy to not do the things that our bodies and minds need which is to take time off, relax, unwind and strengthen our muscles. Would you travel more if it was easier to plan? What about if your getaway was planned for you? Would you take more time off for your mind and body if it was affordable?
The benefits of travel and Pilates are endless! For example, when you travel you:
- get peace of mind
- boost your confidence
- create memories for a lifetime
- learn more about yourself
- have fun
- find new purpose
- appreciate your home more
- experience serendipity
- make new friends
The benefits of Pilates are:
- reduce lower back pain
- learn to focus
- improves sports performance
- better sex life
- increases flexibility
- corrects imbalances and asymmetries
- boosts your brain power
- improves posture
- get a whole body workout in every session
- increased energy and awareness
But, what if you could combine the two? What if you could literally get your travel on and dive deep into a Pilates practice? And, what if you didn’t have to take time out of your busy day to plan it? What if it was affordable?
Well, if you were to treat yourself to a Pilates retreat you would not only give yourself the gift of a truly needed vacation and all the benefits that one gets from traveling. But, aside from booking your flight, you don’t have to do much else planning wise. And, while you are on this curated experience you also learn how to teach your own body Pilates! Which means you also get the benefits of Pilates.
And, when I say, teach your body I don’t mean you have to be a Pilates instructor before or after. You just have to be willing to learn how your body moves and how to connect your mind to your body. On a Pilates retreat with me, you will get daily sometimes twice a day Pilates classes. And, two workshops that help you learn the concepts of Pilates and how it works in your body. This way, when you go back home from your Pilates retreat vacation you take with you all the memories of traveling somewhere new and the skills to work yourself out where ever in the world you are. And, whenever you have time!
Are you ready to change your outlook? Are you ready to reconnect with your body, mind, and strength? Then check out a Pilates retreat to Angkor Wat, Maui and more!
