As a Pilates instructor, I practice Pilates at least three, mostly four times a week. I practice what I teach! I want my clients doing Pilates with me or at home a few times a week and maybe a few minutes extra on their off days. When you do Pilates something amazing happens. Your mind focuses solely one what you are doing in that moment. The whirlwind slows, the angst, nerves, stress and excitement of the day take a chill pill for that moment.
I look forward to each session I have every single week. When I finish a session I leave a better version of myself! I know that sounds so cheesy but it’s true. As my teaching schedule became fuller and my clients started traveling in for sessions all over the world I decided I had to travel out there to be with all of them. To be able to teach as many Pilates lovers as I can.
Which leads us to why I love a Pilates Retreat! I love leading these retreats because Pilates fans of all ages, of all levels of all locations, can come together in one place that is away from the hustle and bustle, from the walk of the same and enjoy Pilates, good healthy eating, and a new place and pace.
I adore leading Pilates retreats because you get a chance to feel what a daily Pilates practice can do for your body, mind, and soul. You get a chance to dive deeper into the Pilates work and discover a home practice that you can take with you where ever you go.
I cherish every Pilates retreater at every level they bring with them. Pilates retreats with me bring super new beginners and some super advanced practitioners and even teachers! The beauty that is Pilates is that as soon as you think you’ve “got it” you’ll discover that there is another level. There is no end to learning more about your body, the details of Pilates and a retreat will take you on your own personal journey!
For all these reasons and more I love love love leading Pilates retreats! I do hope you join me on one and fall in love with Pilates retreating too. Here are the latest travel dates, pick one or all!

I fell in love with the magic that is in Siem Reap, Cambodia in 2016. After walking through the jungles of the old city of Angkor I knew I would be back and bringing Pilates practitioners with me. This past March myself and 10 retreaters enjoyed daily Pilates classes, a couple workshops and two amazing days of touring the history of the Temples. My tour guide Pich gave us a personal tour that no other tourist would enjoy. We heard the stories of the locals, the history of Cambogia (Cambodia). She also showed us some handy ways to use our iPhones to take pictures you won’t see in any Nat Geo! We also got to see one of the only Buddha statues left. One that no tourist was at. Just us. As I write this I am getting anxious for my next trip in August! Want to join me? Yeah, I know you do. Check out all the details and what is included here.
