The Teaser with Push Thru Bar on the Pilates Cadillac or Tower is one of the best Teasers to learn in the beginning of your Pilates practice. The bar will help you find the lift you need in your waist and help you feel how to connect your arms to your back. Teaser is not just about holding the position. It’s all about being able to stay connected while doing the variations. If you are starting out, Teaser on the Cadillac is a great place to practice because you can leave the legs out of it if you need to focus on the roll up and down.

Use the Cadillac to help you do Teasers all over the room!

Spring the Push Thru Bar from the top, lay on your back with bar over your neck. If your Push Thru Bar has a square piece in the center, you can do a prep to make sure you are set up in the proper spot for you. When you pull the bar down and over your head, that square piece will barely miss you. Hug your legs long and together straight on the mat. Find length in your spine by reaching your lower back long and connecting your upper abs.
