I used to hate doing Side Bend on the Mat. My body would twist and turn and I just never could find “straight” from head to toe before going up into a bend! But, the more I started connecting my other Mat exercises to each other the more Side Bend became accessible.
In Pilates, there are a few shapes we make over and over again. But, it’s so easy to skip or miss out on our side body strength. So, it’s even more important that we rock what we got!
