Online Mat Pilates Classes
$5 weekly Online Mat Pilates Classes offered by Lesley Logan, a Pilates Instructor in Los Angeles. Each 30-minute class is live for 7 days, starting at 2pmPST on Tuesday each week and are then replaced by the next week’s class. You may watch the current class as many times as you would like, any time of the day!
We are going to enjoy squeezing, rolling, holding and more with a ball!

We spend a lot of time focusing on the "actions" of the exercises and to a good amount the set ups. But, it's easy to skip or "rest" through the transitions. And, something so special about Pilates is that there are transitions!
