Online Mat Pilates Classes
$5 weekly Online Mat Pilates Classes offered by Lesley Logan, a Pilates Instructor in Los Angeles. Each 30-minute class is live for 7 days, starting at 2pmPST on Tuesday each week and are then replaced by the next week’s class. You may watch the current class as many times as you would like, any time of the day!

If you're not familiar with the full Pilates studio apparatus, you might be thinking, "What is a barrel?" Well, don't worry! You don't need to run out and get this just yet. Although, after this week's classes, you may want one for yourself.
I want you to try and have a mini moment with some of the most avoided or more "advanced" exercises. All you need is your imagination and a little extra curiosity!
