Online Mat Pilates Classes
$5 weekly Online Mat Pilates Classes offered by Lesley Logan, a Pilates Instructor in Los Angeles. Each 30-minute class is live for 7 days, starting at 2pmPST on Tuesday each week and are then replaced by the next week’s class. You may watch the current class as many times as you would like, any time of the day!
Let’s put some attention and focus on our open leg rocker this week.
We are focusing on how we can get your back side to take its turn more often!

We will explore how many exercises are preparing you for the depth, strength and coordination the Russian Splits require.
