Online Mat & Reformer Pilates Class Descriptions:
Rolling exercises look so easy – and then you do them! And, the trickiest part about them is how easy it is to do them wrong. Yep, you can roll and get back up and be cheating your whole way through.
In this weeks Mat class we’ll use the Magic circle to help us Roll like a pro. And on the Reformer we will focus on how practicing our Rolling exercises allows us to do things like Shortspine, Knee Stretches and even Corkscrew.

Hi Lesley ~ Great reformer class! I have to say that I love semi-circle, I’ll give more feedback next time I do the class but I just wanted to let you know that semi-circle is so fun. It opens up my thoracic spine which is always a good thing!

Well, I certainly found my longest round shape……..abs on FIRE!!!! Also, did the crab for the first time for ages (this exercise freaks me out). Actually managed it pretty well so It must have been all that rolling building up to it. Side rolling……um, well, not a pretty sight this end but much fun and loved the mix of flexion and extension in between the side rolls. Thanks Lesley. x

I always seem to be two steps behind you. I know you have a lot to get through but if you could say the name of the exercise, reformer setup before you start doing all that, maybe I’ll be with you more. It might just be me! Thanks for all your good work. Enjoy the classes.
Hey hey! Thank you so much for your feedback! I will try to say the name of the exercise we are going into sooner so you can plan ahead. We are also working on getting all the exercises listed with links for each class so you can see in advance what’s coming up. This way you can watch tutorials of anything beforehand.
