Small Circles with Leg Springs on the Cadillac
Leg Springs on the Pilates Cadillac or Tower has Small Circles to challenge your connection, stamina and your control. Typically done after Bicycle or Beats on the Cadillac/Tower or you can do these on a Spring Board. As you are reaching into the springs to draw these circles reach into the springs throughout. After you do these circles you can go into Big Frogs or other variations of Leg Springs. If you feel these in the back of your knees or the springs are bouncing around pause, reset and reach from the legs and the rest of your center.
Make sure you’re moving the springs form your center instead of knees.

Laying on your back with your head towards the poles, typically you would already be set up for this exercise after having done Beats or Bicycle. If so, then you can Frog out. Make sure you’re reaching your hands into the poles either with bent arms or almost straight arms. Arms reaching from your upper back so that as your legs reach into the springs you are reaching your center in two directions. Press the entire arch into the loop so you’re not hanging out in your knees or outside of your foot.
Reaching your legs straight hold them as low as you can control from your center and draw small circles in each direction. Tap your heels together to start each circle. You’ll notice if one foot hits the other a little higher or lower. Pay attention to if your legs are circling evenly. Once you’ve drawn circles in bother directions hug your heels together and Frog your legs back in. From there you can go into Big Circles, Scissors and more.
