Hi, I’m Lesley Logan, co-founder of OnlinePilatesClasses.com™ and I’ve been teaching Pilates since 2008. One of my favorite props is a squishy ball. You don’t want a full ball for this and if you don’t have a squishy ball, you can use a couch cushion or a pillow, just something like that you can prop yourself up. A Yoga Block also could be used for a couple of other things. So, just grab anything that you think might be useful for this and then try it all out for yourself and feel free to put questions in the comments below. I answer them every single Sunday at 9am Pacific time.
